I have the ipad2, loaded ios 6 update back in september & had no issues with the app store until today. Again microsoft store might not open if your computer’s date and time are inaccurate. Sometimes touch id fails to work properly in the app store for authenticating purchases. I've reset it many times in settings to use touch id for the app store, but when i need it in the app store only the enter your password option shows, not touch id.
