Now that would be fine, but in horizontal mode (ie when you assemble a laptop from ipad pro) the cursor on the trackpad still behaves as if it is still a vertical app.
The report a problem option in your profile page in the app should let you offer generic feedback to.
You may want to contact the instagram developers and suggest landscape mode to them. Needless to say, there are few shortcomings too since this is a web app and not a native app for ipad.
