Samsung Disney Plus App Not Working. The disney plus video streaming service launched a few months ago, and it has been available on various smart tv platforms, including samsung’s. This is in part samsung's fault since it's so resistant to embrace hdmi 2.1 specially in its higher tier tvs and soundbars.
The samsung remote is not working. An app is not working on my tv. I contacted samsung and they looked at the television remotely.
If not, try restarting the app or even rebooting your internet connection at home.
The samsung remote is not working. Seems that something with the att broadband is preventing the connection or starting of the disney plus app or a possible issue between the app and the tv. Always try turning off the whole home entertainment system at the wall. Not to mention star wars, national geographic, and the marvel universe, all contained in one awesome app.
