Telegram Desktop App Not Connecting. Mac users can click telegram for macos and windows users can click on telegram for pc/mac/linux. I get the notifications with new messages when i open it, but after that it's stuck at connecting. and i can't send any messages.
The web app and mobile app are still working on the same network. Newer versions of telegram apps will show a larger picture along with a textual representation of the key (this is not the key itself, of course!) when both participants are using an updated app. The app does not deliver any messages
