The vivino app is as close as you can get to an untappd mobile application for wine, because of the large size of its user community, and the vivino app does include the option to tag a place when you are rating a wine in the system, but not many people seem to use it, and there are no particular functionalities built into the app around it to. Information can be entered manually with fields made available for wine rating, vineyard, region, type, and any additional notes you feel like adding. The program, among other things, allows you to search for the right wines by producer, grape variety or vineyard.
